Terry Prone: We should all use Valentine’s as an opportunity to foster affection

With bargain stores bursting at the seams with heart-shaped pink stuff it’s easier than it ever was to be a good bloke on that day

The German discounters were awash in bunches of red roses and boxes of heart-shaped sweets for the last couple of weeks.

It’s over. St Valentine’s Day is over. We can all relapse back to the normal and stop making as if Saturday was another stressor in our troubled lives. 

Although I have to admit to finding my own stressor in Mr Price. Admitting you shop in Mr Price is not classy.
