Use of internet for ill - Can web be rescued from darkness?

NEXT Friday, Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 45th president of the United States of America.

His inauguration, so unexpected and so very disturbing, will go ahead despite declarations from America’s senior security agencies — the CIA, FBI and NSA — that Russian president Vladimir Putin directly interfered in the election to ensure Mr Trump’s election.

If an election to the White House can be so easily skewed, then which online process cannot be coloured, corrupted or hijacked if someone somewhere is determined and skilled enough to do so?
