I won’t hang my head in shame in standing up for unborn children

I was actually surprised that a journalist with such ‘liberal inclination’ — namely Alison O Connor — would put her head above the parapet (May 13) and criticise Sabina Higgins for her outrageous intervention in the abortion debate as normally such journalists wholly compromise their privileged position by allowing their liberal bias and personal agenda to dictate what they should remain silent on even if a blatant wrong has been committed.

She should be complimented therefore in this instance...

However, would it be asking too much of Ms O’Connor and others to refrain from using the wholly insulting, derogatory, and non medical term FFA as this was contrived only to dehumanise the pre-born baby with assumed life-limiting conditions.

Would she describe a post- born baby/child as having a fatal baby/child abnormality?

Furthermore, no one is forcing any woman to do anything with their pregnancy as stated by her.

It is they who voluntarily choose to travel to another jurisdiction to terminate the life of their baby as Ireland quite rightly does not provide such a heinous service so enough of the emotional blame game!

I have no intention of hanging my head in shame (as declared by Ms O Connor) in standing up for the right to life of the pre-born child.

Anyway it is quite obvious that Ms O Connor and others are quite blatantly and selectively using women who are carrying an ill baby in their push for wholescale abortion which is disingenuous and an abuse of the situation.
