Census is just a waste of time and money

A few words about this ridiculous census.

Firstly, why do they bother when it is clear from the state of the country that the department concerned has not the faintest idea how to use the information – viz the increasing number of homeless, rising crime, increasing industrial unrest, and the rapidly worsening state of the illness industry since the last one.

Secondly, what sort of semi-literate dunderhead puts on the census card I just received through the door – “Your cooperation is much appreciated. Remember that it’s compulsory”.

Thirdly, as we do not even have a government, who authorised this huge waste of money and who will pretend to use the results this time?

Fourthly, if it is not necessary to have a government to have a National Census, let’s just get rid of them all. I believe that many refugee boats are going back empty.
