We should not tolerate this barbarity as ‘sport’

How much more proof do we need to ban outright this so-called sport of Mixed Martial Arts. How long more has this barbarity to be tolerated?

Hitting a person when he or she is on the ground was never acceptable. To be allowed to do so, must question the very concept of civilisation.

The wishy washy excuses for this inhumanity are pathetic. Apart from fox hunting, no sport tolerates such wilful damage to another being.
