The company is a serious player in the world’s food markets, so when a company of that scale suggests to its customers that they should use some of its products only occasionally, it is time to sit up and take notice.

Mars has warned that we should use certain of its products only once a week because of either high sugar, salt, or fat content. This is a welcome innovation in the fight to preserve its customers’ health and slow the obesity epidemic.
