Wrong to use photo of Savita Halappanavar

I am intrigued that Alison O’Connor’s article bemoaning the defeat of so many pro-abortion candidates was accompanied by a photograph of the late Savita Halappanavar.

The tragic death of that young lady has been thoroughly investigated and it has been determined that the severe sepsis that claimed her life resulted from numerous failures in her medical care.

An article that speaks about ‘rights’ should, most certainly, not be accompanied by a photograph that is intended to mislead.

The essence of any fair argument is that there should be honesty of presentation by both sides.
