Water protestors should have street bathrooms - Anyone up for the following?

At the end of every street, and in every village across Ireland install a top-of-the-range water pump, shower and toilet (to be kept in pristine condition by the council, with hourly cleaning).

Property owners who didn’t wish to pay for services directly to their homes could avail of free water and sewerage disposal at the end of the road.

The homeless would be delighted.
