O’Keeffes worldwide are invited to County Cork

We are calling on O’Keeffes and their descendant to visit their ancestral home.
Duhallow has been the principal home of the O’Keeffes since the Normans pushed most of them westwards from the Fermoy and Glanworth areas of east Cork, in the 12th century. They grew in status there among the local McDonough, McCarthy and O’Callaghan clans, building at least four castles until they were dispossessed by Cromwellian forces in the mid-17th century.
