US and UK politics has become increasingly similar

I cannot help but be struck by the similarity between the political situations on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

In the United States, they have an ignorant buffoon, in pursuit of higher office.

“Back into the castle. Now, raise the drawbridge,” is his mantra.

In Britain, they have an over-educated buffoon already in higher office.

He is preaching the same message and for the very same reason.
