After two years of infighting, the magistrates of Viterbo locked the cardinals inside, reduced their food to bread and water, and removed the roof over their heads. That formula would hasten the creation of our new government. They would quickly come to their consensus if they were all barred from the Dáil bar. We could have another Good Friday Agreement in 2016.
