Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael must work together

The pre-election circus is thankfully over; the people have spoken and the die is cast.

Unfortunately not yet on a winner.

Rather than risk costing the country millions of money on another election, an opportunity now exists, and how appropriate the year, for Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil to avoid extravagance and show prudence by taking part in an ‘historic shake-hands’ and forming a new Government.
