How is it, then, that so many of them save child allowance for the future?

Isn’t this payment meant to be spent in the present?

It is unfair that childless workers fund a nest egg for those with children.

I agree with prime minister David Cameron’s plan to eliminate the circulation of child allowance outside the UK.
