HSE recruitment policies must be examined

Omar Hassan Khalafalla Mohamed has been subject of a investigation into “poor professional performance” and “professional misconduct”.
HSE recruitment policies must be examined

This man worked as a senior house officer in three Irish hospitals: the Midland Regional Portlaoise, Mayo General and Galway University Hospitals prior to having his medical registration suspended.

This raises questions on the recruitment policies of HSE, of which there seems to have been no mention during this enquiry.

People have a right to know how doctors and nurses are recruited from abroad.
