Drain-cleaning schedule should be published

Drain-cleaning schedule should be published

Many people of Cork City’s southside will remember the rainwater flowing down Barrack St, overflowing every blocked drain on the way down, to become bigger than many county rivers and becoming a menacing torrent by the time it reached the bottom of the street.
