We need watertight planning regulations

We need watertight planning regulations

So-called experts blame climate change and global warming.

My humble observation is that the earth’s environment has continued to change since time begun and will continue changing.

After all, wasn’t it covered in ice in one era and in forestation during another?

In relation to the flooding of homes, simply ban the building of homes below two meters above the highest recorded level of water in all areas, be it by rivers or the coastline? Disenfranchise all who facilitate the building of homes and commercial buildings in areas so low as to be affected by flooding: planners, investors, bankers, developers, builders, and local authority and politicians?
