Our national security should always come first

A situation has arisen, whereby a “foreign national”, considered to be a “security threat” to this State and its inhabitants can avail of our legal system to remain in this country.
Our national security should always come first

Members of the legal profession cannot be held responsible/accountable for actions taken by them in the courts — yet the people of Ireland could suffer death or injury as the direct result of legal actions/decisions.

This is hardly reflective of a “democracy” when the welfare/wellbeing of one individual is put ahead of national security.
