We need vision from our next government

From a neutral observer’s point of view, whilst casting my vote in every election, I believe that going into 2016, Ireland finds itself in a vulnerable position in a disdainful and ailing European Union.
We need vision from our next government

Dismayed by the prospect of approaching a vital election at a critical period for the future wellbeing of the people with the same old party political structures in place which for many years have failed the people and have more regard for vested interests and the preservation of power than the welfare of future generations of Irish people, it does not auger well.

We have a Thatcher-like Irish Conservative government too closely aligned to their like-minded Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union Party and unwilling to stand up to the ECB and its controlling masters.

This is the last thing Ireland needs now.

Courage and vision should be the order of the day.

Without it the future looks bleak.
