Once again the question of dress code in our courts has arisen.

Do we really need a dress code in courts?

I wonder if the Constitution has set out a dress code for attendees at court or is it our legal system attempting to force their own ‘British Colonial Dress and Behaviour’ on citizens of this Republic.
