Bank staff seem unaware of who they work for

Three repossession cases brought by Bank of Ireland were thrown out because Bank of Ireland GOT ITS OWN TRITLE WRONG.

The cases were brought by Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank when the documentation should have read Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank PLC.

This could well explain the mess the banks got themselves into when some staff do not appear to know the correct name of the Bank they work for.
