The Arab League’s silence is deafening

Regarding the Syrian ‘refugee’ crisis, why isn’t the Arab League, which consists of 22 countries — and some of the wealthiest countries on this earth including Dubai, UAE and Saudi Arabia — being more proactive towards those they consider their Muslim brothers and sisters.
