Our politicians are telling us fairy tales at inquiries

There are none so blind as those who do not wish to see, none do deaf as those who do not wish to hear, none so apparently stupid as those who do not want to seek.

We were governed by fools, knaves and scoundrels, who rewarded themselves with large pensions and now appear in public and tell us fairy tales, tales of fantasy and outright lies.
