Now, concerning that controversial penalty, might I suggest to the GAA that they use the same technology as the IRFU: ie, if there is doubt, that the game be stopped for a few minutes and the incident played back on a big screen, in slow motion, so the referee, and other personnel upstairs, monitoring the game, can give the correct decision.

The referee last Sunday was too far away from that particular incident to see what went on in the goalmouth.
