GAA need to consider using TMO in play

Congratulations to both Cork and Kerry for a brilliant game of football last Sunday. A special congratulations to the Rebels, for restoring pride in Cork football.

GAA need to consider using TMO in play

Now, concerning that controversial penalty, might I suggest to the GAA that they use the same technology as the IRFU: ie, if there is doubt, that the game be stopped for a few minutes and the incident played back on a big screen, in slow motion, so the referee, and other personnel upstairs, monitoring the game, can give the correct decision.

The referee last Sunday was too far away from that particular incident to see what went on in the goalmouth.

I suggest this technology, for a start, be used in all provincial and All Ireland finals.
