Water-pricing structure won’t please everybody

Some of us want the user to pay, some of us want water conservation, some want a reasonable allowance, some want water meters and some of us want to pay for the water we use, not that which others waste.

Those who say they won’t pay for water don’t want to live in a responsible society.

The right to clean water is not absolute; it comes with the responsibility to pay for its production and the water we waste.
