Politicians are motivated by self-advancement

During more than 30 years employed in one of the world’s biggest international organisations, a body managed by politicians and which works in more than 20 countries, it is my opinion that most politicians have little interest in decency, honesty or integrity.

In my experience, a great many politicians manipulate the system for their personal benefit.

A sad situation, but it does help to understand the many problems, and the suffering of people, throughout the world today.
