We need leaders who can manage government as a CEO would a firm

Managing the economy of a country is similar to managing a large company. The job or duty of a prime minister should be similar to that of a CEO of a company.

The prime minister will have a cabinet of ministers, each with his own portfolio. Likewise, the CEO of a company will have a team of senior managers, each with his own skill to cover his brief.

Both the country and company work towards targets, with information on progress fed back to the prime minister or CEO.
