Children deserve to have good parents

There is a poster with an inaccurate message hanging from various lampposts around here: ‘children deserve a mother and father’, they say.

Not if at least one of those parents is alcoholic and/or abusive, for instance.

It is more accurate to say (if you must ):

Children deserve good parents.

Fixed that for you, absolutely free of charge.
