Kenny’s proposals make a mockery of the Rising

I was horrified that for the 100th anniversary of the 1916 Rising, Enda Kenny is proposing that we remember “British personnel” who also died.

I’m all for an inclusive society but this is a mockery of the ideals that the men & women went out to fight for.

They fought for freedom against an army of occupation. They fought against British colonialism which still exists.
