Boy band management must respect the group

I am writing in regards to the current mess with One Direction. Their management and record label are supposed to look out for their welfare.

The news that Zayn has left the group is truly devastating to millions of fans.

Its no secret that they have been working incredibly hard for the last 5 years and with very little breaks.

Obviously, we can’t change what happened with Zayn although we wish we could. But I am asking Syco to consider the remaining bandmembers as human beings and not as lab rats.

They need more breaks and resting time between tours and album recordings.

I’m sure more breaks over the last five years could have prevented what happened with Zayn.

It says a lot when fans are begging for a band to take a break.
