Diageo have helped create alcohol culture

David Smith, CEO of Diageo Ireland, sounded like a man with all the answers in dealing with the alcohol problem in this country. He spoke of making a cultural change in regard to alcohol.

Would he not accept that Diageo are already responsible for a cultural change in our society, through their continuous bombardment of our young people with their products?
