No help for children affected by alcohol

I am writing to you on behalf of my Transition Year class, W5, of Mount Mercy College, Model Farm Road. 

We are taking part in the annual Young Social Innovators (YSI) competition.

We have chosen the issue of how children are affected by alcohol abuse in the home, and how there is no help available to them.
