UK and US governments practise hypocrisy

Regarding human rights, it’s clear that the US and UK governments practise double standards and hypocrisy.

For example, in Saudi Arabia a blogger Raif Badawi was sentenced to 1,000 lashes for insulting the regime.

Women are treated like second class citizens and are not allowed drive.

Of course, in the last 40 years the US and UK governments have sold trillions of dollars of sophisticated weaponry etc.

Saudi clerical leaders contribute billions of dollars to so-called Islamic terrorists.

Kuwait jailed a person who criticised its ruler.

The same in Bahrain where the US has a huge military base ...

Egypt doesn’t believe in human rights yet receives billions of dollars annually from USA and Saudi Arabia.

Last month President Obama went to India seeking a €500 billion trade deal and closer military ties due to the so-called threat from China.

Yet, due to the system in India, millions of so-called ‘undesirables’ are treated very badly and only allowed to work at the most menial jobs, such as cleaning toilets etc.

The US has, since 1823, maintained the Monroe Doctrine which prohibits non-American interference in the whole American continent, north and south.

So how can they criticise Russia?
