Religion helps make our lives easier

A recent column by Suzanne Harrington stated that religions are like penises, that it’s acceptable to have them but not to think with them.

Of all the headlines and articles I have read in the Irish Examiner, going back a lifetime, this I would consider to be the most disgusting and shameful I have come across.

It’s not a sign of open mindedness, it’s an incitement to hatred.

The commandments, that are there for all Christians to believe in, are there to make it easier for us to get through life.
