The city centre, which is made up of narrow streets laid out in medieval times, is already badly burdened with traffic, so it’s not hard to foresee the traffic congestion and parking chaos that will be engendered by such a major centre.

The same deficient planning processes are responsible for the farcical situation at Mahon Point and its surrounds.
