We’re suckers if we don’t think for ourselves

When the late American showman PT Barnum was asked to what did he owe his great success, he replied; “sure there’s a sucker born every second”.

We’re suckers if we don’t think for ourselves

So it’s no wonder the Vatican vaults contain trillions of dollars in priceless treasures and hold billions of dollars in real estate worldwide.

Other main religions are equally wealthy.

It’s no wonder they discriminate against females when they teach that the first female was created from a man’s spare rib etc.

Billions of suckers believe a cosmic clockmaker snapped his fingers to create humans, rather than billions of years of evolution.

We should remember that Socrates was executed for teaching the youth of his day not to be like sheep but to think for themselves and question everything regarding politics and religion. It’s a pity he’s not around today to enlighten people.

Charles Darwin warned that it was a waste of time to try and argue with anybody indoctrinated with a religion.

It’s no wonder Darwinism implies that the only eternal life we can expect is the recycling of our atoms, ie the molecules of which we are all composed when our bodies decay.

These will then be incorporated into other organisms. At least this is compatible with logic and commonsense, unlike the various religions with their illogical utterances.
