We have a lot to learn from Nobel laureate Mairead Maguire

I hope many media outlets will show some maturity and publish the presentation the Nobel Peace Laureate, Mairead Maguire, gave to the Nobel Summit in recent weesk.

We hear so much about war and how we need basically to create terror in order to prevent terror and other such nonsense that a three-year-old could understand as a contradiction in terms.

In part of her speech Mairead echoes the call for all “governments to abolish militarism and war and solve their problems without killing human beings and destroying the countries and environments within which they reside”. Amen to that.
