Kenny should be at his desk leading the country

Little wonder that the Coalition is in such disarray when, almost every day, Enda Kenny is up and down the country availing of yet another photo opportunity to announce a few more jobs.

Surely, this is the function of the Enterprise Minister?

And it is more appropriate for the Taoiseach to provide leadership from his office and sort this mess out for once and for all?
