It is wrong to categorise water as a human right

It is mind numbing to think of protesting about water charges, on the basis it is a human right.

As if somebody or some corporation must set up an expensive infrastructure, see it’s running efficiently and deliver water to homes for free?

It is a gross misunderstanding of what human rights actually are.
