Wrong to assume that our water was free

Over the past week you ran an article that promised a Q&A re the new water charges; I was looking forward to reading it, to find out the facts.

The first line of the article disappointingly nullified that expectation.

By incorrectly declaring in the first line that water was previously free, Caroline O’Doherty completely killed off any credibility of the article.
