It’s 100 years since WW1 but what have we learned?

It’s 100 years since the start of World War One, but have we learned? Apparently not. Just look at all the suffering worldwide.

Why have millions died? Why does this suffering continue? Are we, the human race, asleep? Not conscious?

Not present in the here-and-now? Living in our minds, in the past and the future? We are dysfunctional in our thinking and views about religion, land, politics etc.
