Is Taoiseach a heretic?

When being interviewed by Gay Byrne on The Meaning of Life TV show, the Taoiseach Enda Kenny said that he viewed God as some kind of almighty impersonal force or energy.

Is Taoiseach a heretic?

While many of Mr Kenny’s views were far from being clearly enunciated, he did state, in one way or another, that he does not believe in the Blessed Trinity, nor that Jesus Christ was God incarnate, nor that He is present in the Blessed Sacrament.

The latter being the case, why does Mr Kenny receive Holy Communion. Since he has publicly declared that he does not believe in the ‘real presence’, should he not be publicly informed by the hierarchy that, not only should he not receive, but that his Holy Communions are sacrilegious?
