Great Donal Óg article

Just a few complimentary words to Donal Óg Cusack for his superb article (Irish Examiner, May 23) on the Waterford-Cork hurling rivalry.

The goal line insight that Cusack provided was brilliant. I can remember few better articles on sport. The article could serve as a job application for the Waterford manager’s job.

What a pity the same issue of the Examiner contained the inane ramblings of Sean Kelly, with his ridiculous suggestion that young and old people will somehow be unable to watch GAA games because of the Sky deal.
