There’s no free lunch

It was with great interest that I read about proposed ‘no-fry zones’, in which new fast-food outlets will not be permitted to open within a certain distance of a school.

I assume, in the interests of fairness, that the reverse scenario will be applied, and that proposed new schools will not be considered within a certain distance of established fast-food outlets?
