THE word homophobia has been tossed around a lot lately. Whether it’s on the Saturday Night Show or just street talk, people are still unsure what it is.

Well, according to the Oxford dictionary, it is an “extreme and irrational aversion to homosexuality and homosexual people”.

As the Saturday Night Show battled for ages to find that definition I think it’s safe to say we were all a bit confused.
