Uganda hypocrisy

Eamon Gilmore saying the Ugandan government won’t receive more money from the Irish government, because Uganda hasn’t jailed any of the people involved in corruption, is hypocritical.

Is it me, or does this sound like the pot calling the kettle black?

If everyone in Europe had taken that stance five years ago, then the Irish government wouldn’t have received a single euro from Europe.
