Let’s hold referendum to abolish Government

We had a referendum to abolish the Seanad. Why not one to abolish our Government?

Well isn’t it obvious? We are governed not only by Fine Gael and by Labour but the IMF, the EU and Angela Merkel. Think of the millions saved and the good causes that would benefit. Our Government are no more than puppets (some might say muppets) and Europe is pulling the strings.

We all know who got us into this mess in the first place, Fianna Fáil and the Greens. Fine Gael and Labour were elected on a raft of promises they have failed to deliver on. Recently Fianna Fáil (in an opinion poll) were the most popular party in Ireland. Were the people that gave their views in a coma or in solitary confinement for the last 10 years? Don’t they know who brought our country to its knees?
