Third choice open to referendum voters

Regarding the referendum on whether to abolish the Seanad or not, I have the following proposal for every citizen of Ireland.

Most citizens think there are only two choices in this referendum. Well, in fact, there are three.

1. Vote Yes to accept the proposed change.

2. Vote No to reject the proposed change.

3. Writing ‘I Reject This System’ across the paper to publicly and officially demand real change. It is important to understand that writing I Reject This System across the ballot paper is not spoiling your vote but rather is a case of making sure that your voice is heard, that your opinion is counted.
