Expensive GAA tickets excluding many fans

But the GAA needs to bring down the price of entrance if it’s interested in ensuring that people on low incomes can afford to attend the big games.

German soccer supporters pay around e15 to watch the likes of Bayern Munich, whereas most of us at Croke Park on Sunday paid e40 to watch a game in which the players were not being paid a wage.

For the upcoming hurling and football finals prices will be raised again, once again excluding many from attending. The GAA really needs to show some sensitivity in this matter.
