Failing to deliver

It looks as though the incompetence of the FF/FG governmental system has already spread to the pseudo-independent companies it controls such An Post, who just returned a letter that I posted on Apr 17 to a company about 20 miles away on Apr 25.

On Aug 2 they sent it back to me from their National Return Centre in Limerick — another great example of the centres of excrescence — sorry excellence — we see all over government.
