Menu hard to swallow

I understand that the menu at the garden party held in commemoration of the 1913 Lockout included smoked salmon, strawberries with chocolate and scones with cream.

The guests at The Áras were, of course, the chosen few.

Many of the locked-out workers in 1913 were sustained by the TUC Dublin Food Fund and other supports.
